We offer an expansive meeting and event destination featuring 60 meeting rooms totaling 90,000 square feet of indoor space, along with an outdoor covered pavilion and multiple indoor and outdoor chapels. Our Assembly Hall, a ballroom-style meeting space, can accommodate up to 1,300 guests, making it ideal for large conferences, banquets, and special events. We also provide a wide range of team-building and recreation activities, including axe throwing, a high ropes course, and indoor and outdoor climbing walls.
Our property can accommodate lodging at any of our onsite cabins & resort rooms. We have beautiful lakeside venues that can accommodate weddings of up to 150 guests. Estes Park Condos has 57 condos (one-, two-, three- and one four-bedroom condos) all along Fall River, located just 1 mile to RMNP along with a small event space (up to 50 guests inside The Retreat Cabin) and up to 75 guests outdoors, ideal for corporate retreats, family reunions and microwedding events.
Capacity 1-100 May-October, 1-60 November-April. Currently booking through 2028.
O'Connor Pavilion, Town of Estes Park
O’Connor Pavilion offers a secluded setting for seasonal wedding ceremonies and receptions. Two scenic ceremony locations: Aspen Meadow and Deer Mountain Meadow, each offering stunning views and a memorable backdrop for exchanging vows. One wedding will be held per day. The covered, open-sided pavilion comfortably seats up to 140 guests, while the venue can accommodate celebrations of up to 350 people. On-site amenities include electricity in the reception area, vaulted restrooms, ample parking, horseshoe pits, and a volleyball court. Outside caterers and DJs are welcome, allowing couples the flexibility to personalize their special day. No overnight rentals are allowed.
Mrs. Walsh's Garden, Town of Estes Park
Mrs. Walsh’s Garden accomodates wedding ceremonies for up to 50 guests and is situated at the west end of downtown, tucked against the mountainside on Elkhorn Avenue. This charming outdoor garden features natural pathways winding through a botanical collection of plants and trees, accented by quaint park benches and a beautiful statuary. A hidden gem in the heart of Estes Park, the garden is thoughtfully fenced with an arched entry gate to help protect its beauty from deer and elk seeking a tasty nibble. Three-hour ceremony rentals available.
